Yoga is one of the new hot things in the Hamptons.  These are our favorites.

Wonderful yoga center run by a woman named Jolie. They have all kinds of yoga but seem to specialize in Vinyasa. My favorite teachers are Lisa, Jolie and Lois.

The seen and be seen of Yoga. Room is ok, instruction is great. Be prepared for some type-A yogis. My favorite teachers are Colleen, Dana, Jessica and Lisa Z.
